[Honestly, Fujimaru is stressed out over just thinking about talking to Cecil. Or rather, helping Shirayuki talk to Cecil. Basically, the point is that Fujimaru does not want to see Cecil, except that he's going to have to relatively soon. He's feeling calmer than he was yesterday, at least, but he's still kind of upset over the entire thing. Which is stupid, because there are better things to be worked up over, like the upcoming Uzumaki, not some idiotic friendship that's probably already fallen apart.

—And then he's frustrated with himself for having an investment in this 'idiotic friendship', for feeling something over the idea that it might be broken even when he should've burned bridges a long time ago, and the entire thing becomes a vicious cycle.

... Damn it. At this rate, he's going to lose his nerve before the talk with Cecil even happens, and if there's one time that he can't falter, it'll be then. Shirayuki will be counting on him for support, and like hell is he going to show weakness in front of Cecil again.

He doesn't know what he's supposed to do, frankly (does he ever?). But...

[In all honesty, there isn't a single sort of routine that Sakon has when it comes to waking up in the morning. But when he notices that his communicator is going off, he's very quickly disentangling himself from his bed partner, jumping down lightly from his top bunk, and then wandering outside to take the call. All in very quick succession because not only is someone calling him, but Fujimaru is calling him. He never does that!

So when Sakon does make it outside he's already missed the call but as soon as he hears the voicemail he's calling Fujimaru back ASAP.]

For you, Fuji-kun? Always. [God, he swears that he's not trying to chat Fujimaru up. So he leans against the side of his housing block, continuing on.] What's up?
