Aria tolerates this, if only because if she grumps much more, he's just going to keep teasing her. ]

A maiden's heart isn't won in a night, unless it's a very good night, and you passed out too quickly for that-- I think even you know that much, right?

[ She's not blushing, sorry, Sakon... but the expression on her face is a little more pensive. She'd linger in the teasing and the banter, preferably, but Aria has always been honest, and that isn't about to change anytime soon. ]

You really did manage to do me a favor... truthfully, I think that's the best night's sleep I've had since I came here, even if it was completely unintentional.

As far as he can recall, he doesn't think he's seen that kind of reaction from Aria before. So it makes him raise a brow and kind of mirror her seriousness.]

[Seriously, he's being so nonchalant about offering up his bed. If only because it seriously caused zero hardship for him last night and so he finds it hard to mind.]

If you sleep better with me, then it's kind of a compliment. [But teasing aside-] If it helps you rest better and you don't mind me taking up space, then it's not like it's a problem for me, Aria-chan.

[ It's true enough that he sprawls like no other, and Cecily didn't really move once they'd snuggled in, but Aria hadn't been lying about sleeping better than she had since her arrival.

And it doesn't feel like Sakon's offering just to get the upper hand in their little challenge; living with him has made some things rather obvious. And it's that, for liking his gambles, he doesn't seem to have a dishonest bone in his body.

She sighs out now, but it's more fondly resigned than exasperated. ]

Just don't get much heavier, and it's a deal.
