[Let's keep it short and simple-]
Hey, hey! Guess I'm doing important stuff but if you think your stuff is important too, tell me what it is and we can flip a coin.
See ya!
[beep!]
[ooc: action tags also welcome! seriously just ram into him or he's apartment 7.1]

It's all too easy to choke up when he doesn't make it a habit to confide in people and always thought that he never would, but... knowing Sakon, now that Fujimaru's begun, Sakon wouldn't let him suddenly quit now without wondering why.]
... You said that you'd lend an ear if I needed it. Was that a one-time offer only?
no subject
[And don't mind Sakon if he's just going to creep back inside his room and quickly retrieve his boots, pulling them back on as he's already wandering back out the door and in the direction of Fujimaru's building.]
Like the opposite of that! It's an every-time offer only!!
no subject
Still half-tempted to run, but it's a little too late for that now.]
That doesn't even make any sense, idiot.
no subject
Man, he got there fast.]
Fuji-kun! There you are - what's up?
no subject
Can we do this somewhere else?
no subject
[And Sakon tilts his head at that.]
You gotta pick where though.
As far as I'm concerned, all the scenery here sucks equally.

no subject
[He looks a little starry-eyed.]
You trust me?!
no subject
[Ken isn't here. Judith is gone. Riruka is gone. Allen is gone. Wally no longer remembers him. He can't burden Shirayuki with his problems, and Cecil is largely the problem to begin with.
Fujimaru has spent most of his life figuring that he didn't need people, has never wanted to confide in someone—but it seems like even he can be alone for only so long before he can't stand it.]
no subject
[Because okay, Fujimaru told Sakon who killed him and it's true that Sakon does know quite a bit about Fujimaru's arm now but....
Those could've just been because Fujimaru couldn't avoid him asking about it.
The fact that he's actually reaching out for Sakon now is completely different and makes the samurai so very, very happy indeed.]
no subject
[He's not going to answer that previous question, nope.
Without sparing Sakon another glance, he begins to walk away, expecting Sakon to follow him.]
no subject
[Sakon kind of wanted that answer to be honest. Hence why he's still persistent about it. Does Fujimaru trust him or does he have a bit more work to do?
Either way, he's trailing after pretty obediently anyway. Kinda like a puppy. Oh well.]
no subject
Shut up!
[He won't answer, because... words are frightening, to be honest. They bind you. But in the same vein, Fujimaru thinks, words are empty. Especially straightforward ones, like "I'm sorry" or "Thank you" or "I trust you"—the kind of words he'd give to machines, most of which aren't made to understand the vagueness of human language.
Fujimaru doesn't see the point in thanking or apologizing to other people. He doesn't see much meaning in telling Sakon that he trusts him.
If he has to express those sentiments, he'd rather do them in another manner.
Ultimately, Fujimaru leads them to a random, nondescript area. Isolated, and without anyone nearby.]
no subject
[Though honestly, Sakon is laughing as he says it. So he can't be too bothered.
If Fujimaru trusts him then well, he'll find out about it later.... he'll only press for an answer so much. So when they arrive at this random, nondescript area, Sakon's just going to tilt his head and spread his arms, palms up. Time to figure out why he got out of bed this morning.]
Sooo, what's up?
no subject
And again, half of Fujimaru is suddenly regretting this and wishing he could back out, as he tries to remember why he called Sakon in the first place.
Because if he doesn't say anything, because if he keeps it to himself until the day comes that Shirayuki wants to meet with Cecil... he doesn't want to risk letting it out then.
It's strange, how having connections with more than one person in your life complicates things so much. Things were so much simpler when the only person he ever cared about was Ken (whom he tries not to think about right now, because damn it, he misses him—).]
... What would you do if I told you which employee abducted Shirayuki back then?
no subject
I'd probably kill him unless Shirayuki-chan said she doesn't want me to. But even then, I'd want to.
[His eyes narrow then, completing what's basically a total flip from Sakon's usual, happy-go-lucky self. Normally it's easy to forget that he's a samurai from a war torn era but in this moment, his malice is clear.]
no subject
I really doubt Shirayuki would want for you to kill him, especially since she just told me that she wants to have a proper talk with him.
... And I'll be pissed off if you do anything, so hold back.
[He's not going to go forward with this if it means sentencing Cecil to death, as foolish as it might be to still try and protect someone who might not even be a friend anymore.]
no subject
Admittedly that is the main reason, though Fujimaru's words do the trick to put the last nail in the coffin. So Sakon just raises his hands in defense, sighing at that.]
Alright, alright. Don't be mad at me, Fuji-kun. I won't if both you and Shirayuki-chan don't want me to...
[Though he does look rather put out about it. A Yao employee who messed with his friends? Honestly the worst kind of person here in Haven. Man he wants to kill him but.... not at the risk of Fujimaru being mad.]
no subject
He wonders what Sakon would do if he knew that, in another world, Fujimaru was Cecil. Almost, anyway. When given to betray Shirayuki's trust or betray his master... Well, he didn't do it for Shirayuki (as cruel as that might sound, but unlike everyone else in Haven, Fujimaru has no misconceptions about his own niceness), but he didn't hand her over, at least.
Just the people of Hachiouji.
The reminder is enough to sap some of Fujimaru's own anger, as really, it's hard to be angry when you remember that you remember that you might not have the right to be. In its place is tiredness—over his situation back home, over the situation here with Cecil—before finally, he speaks.]
... It was Cecil.
[Cecil, whom he's known for six months, which is already longer than most people that Fujimaru's on friendly terms with, whether in his world or this one—both in which people never last for long. Once, Fujimaru got mad at him merely for things like Cecil talking too much or coming up with ridiculous notions like Fujimaru being in love with Wally.
Now, Fujimaru wishes that those were the only problems he has with the man.]
